A conference registration form is included below, and
may also be found on the PAC'97 WWW pages or in the Program Booklet to be
mailed in March 1997. The registration fees, which include a copy of the
Proceedings either on paper or CD-ROM, will be:
- Until April 21, 1997: Cdn$390/US$280
- After April 21, 1997: Cdn$460/US$330.
Student/Retiree Registration:
A special registration fee of Cdn$70/US$50 is available for students and
retirees. Registration forms and payment may be submitted before April 21, 1997
to take advantage of lower event prices, but appropriate I.D. must be shown at
the registration desk to confirm eligibility. The Proceedings are not included.
Payment:
Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bank draft or money order, in
either Canadian or US funds (with some restrictions, as detailed on the
registration form).
Refunds:
Refunds will only be granted in response to written requests to the
Registration Secretary. There will be a cancellation fee of Cdn$70/US$50 for
requests received before May 2, 1997, and of Cdn$195/US$140 after that date and
until May 12. No refunds will be granted after May 12, 1997.
Registration Desk:
Delegates may pick up their registration packages, or register on site, at the
Conference Registration Desk which will be located in the Foyer of the
convention floor of the Hotel Vancouver. The desk will be open:
Sunday, May 11 3:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Monday, May 12 7.30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 13 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 14 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 15 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday, May 16 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Message boards will be set up near the registration desk where messages for
delegates may be posted. Telephone messages may be left at the registration
desk during registration hours by calling (604) 684-3131, extension 6368.
