On-site Registration

On-site registration for TM attendees will take on Sunday, 1 November from 14:00.

The registration fee of 200 Euros must be paid in cash upon registration on-site in Building 1, Seminar Room 1.  Swaantje Mette will supply every attendee with a receipt.

Included in the registration fee will be:

• a brunch at the DESY canteen on Sunday
• a welcome reception at the DESY Bistro on Sunday, 1 November 2009
• morning and afternoon coffee breaks including cookies and cakes
• the Team Meeting Dinner
• a tourist card (free public transport in Hamburg from Monday to Thursday)
• name badges, note paper, ball pens etc.

A boat ride excursion on Thursday afternoon, 5 November, following the TM, will be proposed at a cost of 12 Euros, to be paid at the same time as the Registration Fee during on-site registration.  See under Social Events.

In parallel, please fill out the Doodle Poll with your preference for hotel accommodation, attendance at social events, etc.  You should enter under "comments" your exact arrival and departure dates, flight arrival/departure times and numbers.  Michaela Marx will make hotel reservations based on this poll, and liaise with participants directly concerning local arrangements.

Since JACoW is based on good will, with no financial backing, and since the TM organizers need to make certain commitments in advance, we will much appreciate the cooperation of participants to register early.
