Brunch

The TM will begin with a welcome brunch at the DESY Bistro on Sunday, 1 November 2009 at 12:00 prior to Registration.

Welcome Reception

A welcome reception will take place on Sunday, 1 November 2009 at the DESY Bistro from 18:00 to 21:00. The Bistro is located vis-à-vis from building 1.

Team Meeting Dinner

The Team Meeting Dinner will take place on Wednesday, 4 November 2009 at Restaurant Engel.

The restaurant is located on the waterfront at “Teufelsbrück” with a breath taking view over the river Elbe. Tables have been reserved from 19:30.

We’ll go there by public transport. The Metrobus 1 (direction Altona) serves the DESY main gate at 19:00 and will arrive at Othmarschen at 19:10. We need to change at Othmarschen to bus number 286. Bus 286 will depart from Othmarschen at 19:20 to arrive “Teufelsbrück” at 19:30.

Excursion

A harbour boat tour is foreseen on Thursday afternoon, 5 November 2009.  TM participants will have their own boat and the tour will take take 1.5 hours.
