AB - The Super Charm Tau Factory is a double ring electron positron collider with beam energy from 1 to 2.5 GeV and luminosity of 1035 cm⁻²·s^{−1}. The beam optics includes the Crab Waist interaction region within two local chromaticity correction cells, low emittance arcs and special dispersion free sections. Five Siberian snake allows creating the longitudinal polarization of electron beam at the interaction point in while energy range. Four superconducting wigglers inserted in special sections control the beam parameters. The long straight section consists the RF system and the injection cell. The nonlinear dynamics is considered. The design of main magnets is performed.
