The beam is characterized by the set of control parameters and multiple parameters which characterize its quality. So multiple criteria of optimization should be taken into account. Among possible criteria of optimization following ones should be mentioned: energy, intensity, biological efficiency and so on. It is assumed that in general case choice of the control parameters which is optimal for all criteria is not possible. The problem is formulated as the conflict control problem. The case is considered when parameters which should be optimized forms the vector. Finding of the compromise solution is considered. The method and computing algorithms are proposed.
