  In this paper it discusses the project of the circular accelerator of charged particles with energies of about 200 MeV for protons. The acceleration of particles are produced by the induction electric field on a constant equilibrium orbit radius of about 200 cm. To reduce the reactive power of the accelerator the alternating magnetic field is concentrated in a small region near the equilibrium orbit.
