| In these experiments were investigating field emission properties of onion-like structures. Onions-like structures are nanosized particles, where carbon onion shells are overlying the non-carbon nucleus. Carbon nanosized layers protect the physically and chemically active nucleus from external adverse effects, such as oxidation and sorption of extraneous substances. During this work were taken current-voltage characteristics, also were obtained field-emission images, and was made the current-time dependence. | ||
