| International Conference on Electrostatic Accelerators and Beam Technologies has been held in Russia on a regular basis since 1957. Over more than half a century of history of the Conference the unique scientific materials, connected with application of low energy ion beams in various fields of science and industry were accumulated in Conference Proceedings. An attempt of analysis and generalization of the most interesting, from authors' point of view, contributions published in the Proceedings for the recent years was made in the present work. | ||
