The present paper is devoted to the production of nanopowders of silica (SiO2), magnesium oxide (MgO), alumina (Al2O3), copper oxide (Cu2O), titanium dioxide (TiO2), gadolinium oxide (Gd2O3), various metals (tantalum, molybdenum, nickel, aluminum, copper, silver), nitrides (AlN, TiN). ª – corresponding author |
