The device is based on a high-voltage hydrogen ion accelerator with switching magnet (effective beam rotation angle 0±450), which works with two beam lines. Fist beam line is designed for transporting the accelerated up to 300 keV atomic hydrogen ions beam with current up to 15 mA. Second beam line designed to obtain beam pulses of nanosecond length.
