  LCLS-II is a new XFEL linac based on 1.3GHz SRF linac. Half of the LCLS-II cry­omod­ules are being pro­duced at Jef­fer­son Lab. This paper sum­ma­rizes the Higher Order Mode fil­ter tun­ing chal­lenges at Jef­fer­son Lab and de­scribes op­ti­miza­tion of the pro­ce­dure for a 9-cell Tesla type cav­ity and its in­te­gra­tion into a cry­omod­ule pro­duc­tion line.
