SRF Gun II features an improved 3.5-cell niobium cavity as well as a superconducting solenoid in the same cryomodule. For user operation the SRF Gun II with Mg photocathode successfully generated stable beam with bunch charges up to 200 pC in CW mode, and with sub-ps bunch length. In this presentation the gun’s status and beam parameters will be presented.
