Change
Status |
Once a paper has been
processed, the Editor sets the status of the contribution: |
|
to Red in the case of
an insoluble problem requiring re-submission by the author - Red status
allows re-upload of files by the author |
|
to Yellow (the Editor
has made minor modifications but not opened the original source file and
the paper requires proofreading by the author), or |
|
to Green (the paper
processed OK) |
Set Status |
Clicking on “Set
Status” in the event of a Red or Yellow Dotted paper links to a screen
where the Editor enters the reasons for assigning the Red or Yellow
Dot. There is also a box where the Editor enters Comments, which can be
seen by the Submitting Author when logged into his account. This
interface carries a second box where the Editor enters Notes, which are
not visible by the Submitting Author. |
