It is through this interface that e-mails are sent through the SPMS.  A number of selection criteria and substitution parameters are offered to customize single or batch mails.  Session substitution variables should only be used after the session assignment exercise.  Furthermore, care should be taken not to use special or html characters in the text of e-mails.

Clicking on “Submit” provides the opportunity to view the email as it will be sent.
