Search criteria seen by all (Administrators and contributors alike) are:

Contribution ID this is the unique identifier for abstracts, automatically generated by SPMS upon abstract creation
Paper ID this is the unique identifier for contributions to the programme/proceedings
Word or Title or Abstract this a search for a word in a title or an abstract, or an exact match of the title of an abstract
Author Name this is a search on the family name of an author

Main Classification

 this is the Main Classification Code and Description entered in the Maintenance Table/Main Classifications

Sub Classification

 this is the Sub Classification Code and Description entered in the Maintenance Table/Sub Classifications

Type of Presentation

 this is the type of presentation, i.e. invited oral, contributed oral, poster presentation entered into the Maintenance Table/ Presentation Option Code by the Administrator

Affiliation

 this is the affiliation of an author

Search criteria seen only by Administrators are:

Dot

 status of dotted contributions to the proceedings

Requires Initial QA

 status of QAing of contributions to the proceedings

Final QA’d

 status of contributions to proceedings passed for publication (quality of paper, not including OK by poster police)

Posted

 status given by poster police – poster posted

Manned

 status given by poster police – poster manned

Quality OK

 status given by poster police – quality of poster OK

Accepted

 OK for publication when all requirements are met
