Registration for the Team Meeting

Registration to attend the Team Meeting is via the SPMS JACoW  TM Instance, by clicking on the link "JACoW 2011 Team Meeting Registration".

Please register at your earliest convenience, but if at all possible before

15 August 2011

Yongbin Leng will pass on the list of participants to the Hotel, and thereafter participants will be able to reserve their accommodation directly with the hotel.  More details here.

On-site Registration

On-site registration for TM attendees will take on Monday, 14 November at 08:30.

The registration fee of 500 RMB per person must be paid in cash upon registration on-site. Receipts will be provided.

Included in the registration fee will be:

• a Reception on Monday, 14 November
• the TM dinner on Wednesday, 16 November
• lunches, morning and afternoon breaks (offered by SINAP)
• shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue
• name badges, note paper, ball pens etc.

We will much appreciate the cooperation of participants to register early.
