Introduction

This year's JACoW Team Meeting will be hosted by the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, SINAP.  It will take place from Monday to Thursday, 14 to 17 November, plus an optional excursion on Friday 18 November.  Yongbin Leng, JACoW's Regional Representative for Asian, on behalf of Professor Zhentang Zhao, the Director, will be coordinating the arrangements.

The JACoW SPMS Instance created for 2010 will be used for the 2011 TM. Todd Satogata has agreed to take the responsibility for developing this year's programme, together with Volker, Christine, Ivan and Yongbin.

Proposals for items for the agenda are welcome. Just forward to the above.

Hotel accommodation is being arranged at the Parkyard Hotel in ZhangJiang High-Tech district. This comfortable hotel is reasonably priced (699 RMB/night. - for single or double occupation). The hotel is approximately 1.5 km away from the Institute (20 minutes on foot), but a shuttle will be arranged.

Team Meetings are organized for Team Members in line with the JACoW Terms of Reference and Boundary Conditions, but in view of the extensive place in the programme that will be reserved for SPMS, it will be of interest to all conference organizers with responsibilities for IT setup, scientific programme management, proceedings production via JPSP scripts, registration, industrial exhibition organization, etc.
