Registration for the Team Meeting

Please register at your earliest convenience, but if at all possible before

On-site Registration

On-site registration for TM attendees will take on Tuesday, 16 November at 09:00.

The registration fee of 200 $ US must be paid in cash upon registration on-site in the Berkner Room B.  Pam Manning will supply every attendee with a receipt.

Included in the registration fee will be:

• a reception in Berkner Hall
• morning and afternoon breaks
• the Team Meeting Dinner
• name badges, note paper, ball pens etc.

Since JACoW is based on good will, with no financial backing, and since the TM organizers need to make certain commitments in advance, we will much appreciate the cooperation of participants to register early.

Very important: All participants must also register at the BNL Visitors Centre. Enter JACoW under the description of the visit, enter Collider-Accelerator Department and Kevin Brown as host, and ensure that you enter all the fields with the red asterisks.
