The SPMS is a tool for event management
available under General Public License (GPL) and can be used by anyone in
stand-alone mode. JACoW collaboration conferences can benefit from a link to
a Central Repository which contains profiles of members of the accelerator
community and details of the associated laboratories, universities and
institutes subject to their agreement to the
JACoW
terms and conditions. The system covers the functionality

The SPMS has been developed by the JACoW collaboration. The principle author is Matthew Arena of FNAL, now responsible for the Scientific Programme Module.
