Presently the main tunnel for the accelerators is ready to start installations. The Linac tunnel was delivered earlier and the 150 MeV Linac from SINAP is almost ready to start commissioning early May. Commissioning of the storage ring is expected to start by the end of this year (2018). In this paper we briefly review the overall project parameters and design concepts and focus on highlights from the main subsystems.
