One of activities is to build an in-house RF cavity. It will be used for testing of RF amplifier unit and the developed LLRF system. The cavity is a nose-cone pill-box cavity operating at 118 MHz and aiming at 100 kV gap voltage. Details of designing in particular the inner surface profile, the RF properties, the higher order modes properties, the RF power coupler, and the tuning mechanism will be presented with the manufacturing timeline.
