Unfortunately, known analytical expressions for the transfer matrix of a cavity typically are applicable only to ultra-relativistic beams and demonstrate notable differences with accurate numerical simulations at low energies. So, in this paper, we present practical numerical algorithm for calculation of the linear transfer matrices of axisymmetric RF cavities which we developed for online modeling of the beam dynamics in the European XFEL linac.
