abstract = {A web-based parameter management system for Shanghai High repetition rate XFEL aNd Extreme light facility (SHINE) is developed for accelerator physicists and researchers to communicate with each other and track the modified history. The system is based on standard J2EE Glassfish platform with MySQL database utilized as backend data storage. The user interface is designed with JavaServer Faces which incorporates MVC architecture. It is of great convenience for researchers in the facility designing process.},
