The secondary particles generated by the ionization of the residual gas are collected and amplified by MCP, the output signal of which is sensitive to the influence of external disturbances dominated by the effect of space-charge. Thus the beam profile distortion should be studied primarily. Current profile correction method is mainly the commissioning of the electric field and magnetic field inside the RCS IPM to suppress the distortion. Here we verify the distortion process of the detected result through theoretical analysis and simulation, then optimize the configuration of electric field and magnetic field setting for the measurement of the CSNS-RCS IPM.}}, }
