| I will discuss experiments planed for the LINAC Coherent Light Source, which is under construction at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. Experimental Teams have been organized, and construction of a range of instruments is underway. The science program currently includes atomic physics, femtochemistry, nanoscale dynamics in condensed matter physics, structural studies on single particles and biomolecules, and plasma and warm dense matter. New ideas for experiments continue to emerge. | ||
