Thank you for your help in making NA-PAC'13 a success. Besides its 382 delegates from North America, the conference drew a European delegation 55 strong, as well as 38 of our colleagues from Asia; a total of 20 countries were represented. Support of students is an important element of PAC's development of the future accelerator community; including students, the total attendance was 535. Forty-nine companies and organizations communicated information about their accelerator-related goods and services in the exhibit hall. Four hundred sixty-seven papers were accepted for the Proceedings below.
