Now it is ready for top-up operation, which should become the standard operation mode for users from mid 2014. In this paper we are going to summarise the different steps that have taken place before the start of top-up operation: radiation safety simulations and measurements, upgrade of hardware and software interlocks, control software and injection optimisation.
