With­in the XFEL pro­ject Lab­o­ra­toire d'Accéléra­teur Linéaire (LAL) is en­gaged to de­liv­er 800 fun­da­men­tal power cou­plers op­er­at­ing at 1.3 GHz at nom­i­nal power of 120 kW for the su­per­con­duct­ing linac. This paper pre­sents the strate­gies cho­sen for in­dus­tri­al pro­duc­tion along with that of con­di­tion­ing so as to de­liv­er cou­plers at the rate of 8 per week.
